No Refund Policy** **All sales are final.** Due to the nature of digital goods and license-based software, **we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a license key has been redeemed or activated.** This policy applies even if: - You are banned or suspended from any game or platform. - You claim the product did not meet your expectations. - Your system is incompatible with our software. - You fail to follow setup instructions. - You experience downtime due to software maintenance or detection. ## **3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy** By purchasing from fortunex.gg, you agree **not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals** through PayPal, your bank, or any other payment provider. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we reserve the right to: - **Permanently ban your account** from using any of our products. - **Blacklist your HWID and IP address** from future purchases. - **Pursue legal action** to recover lost revenue and damages. - Submit evidence (including logs and transaction history) to the payment processor to have the dispute ruled in our favor. ## **4. License & Usage Restrictions** - Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or shared. - Any attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify our software will result in an immediate ban without refund. - We are not responsible for any bans, penalties, or losses resulting from the use of our products. - **Lifetime licenses refer to the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime.** If we decide to discontinue the product, no compensation or refund will be provided. ## **5. Service Availability & Liability** - We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our products and services. - Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties. - We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our products. ## **6.
